Cookbooks

While most people raised sourdough starters or learned how to knit during COVID, I wrote a vegan cookbook. This book,  I'm Hungry, is my pride and joy. It had been a long-standing dream of mine to write a cookbook and I am proud to say, I finally made it happen! 

 

After many long nights, loaves of banana bread, and batches of green curry, I wrote, photographed, and designed this book/passion project of mine. Below you will find some tidbits from the book, and a peek at what went into it.
