I thrive under the sun, and in the kitchen. You can find me in a few places: behind my computer working on my next project, teaching a workout class, on a trail run, or in the kitchen baking something sweet.
I'm passionate about living an active yet balanced lifestyle. I achieve that through running, biking, cooking/eating yummy foods, and spending time outside with friends.
